We truly appreciated the personal touch of this family-owned and operated hotel. The difference was evident in the dedication and warm atmosphere created by the staff, who were professional, friendly, and relaxed. The quality of the food was remarkable—our compliments to Chef Cervo. The dishes were not only exquisitely prepared but also of outstanding quality, from the main courses to the smallest details, like the side dishes. For instance, something as seemingly simple as the Kartoffelsalat on the traditional menu was among the best we've ever had—even compared to our years of living in Germany. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of options, including freshly pressed regional apple juice. My youngest child especially loved the freshly made pancakes. In addition to the hotel's excellent facilities, one of its greatest advantages is its proximity to the ski slopes, as well as the on-site ski school and rental services." Das Hotel Post Alpina ist jedes Jahr aufs Neue ein wundervolles Erlebnis. Das Essen ist fantastisch und das Personal ist immer supernett. Die Zimmer sind sehr bequem und fühlen sich gleich wie ein Zuhause an. Es wird einem dank dem Pool und Spa-Bereich nie langweilig. Auch die Kinder sind dank der Betreuung immer gut aufgehoben. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Quando finisci una vacanza e torni a casa felice ma con un velo di malinconia, significa che è andato tutto veramente bene. Il Post Alpina è ciò che ci ha reso felici assieme al comprensorio sciistico di Versciaco sul quale letteralmente si adagia. Già dall’accoglienza ci siamo resi conto di essere nel posto giusto, l’hotel nelle sue caratteristiche è quanto di meglio si possa chiedere per un’esperienza a misura di famiglia con bambini. Dalle camere in perfetto ordine e pulite, tipiche del contesto alto atesino, alla cucina altrettanto di alto livello, con sempre un occhio di riguardo per i più piccoli. Un plauso anche alle ragazze dell’animazione che, con attività (laboratori, uscite, karaoke ecc..) e tanta dedizione, seguivano i bambini praticamente da mattina a sera. La cortesia e la simpatia di tutto il personale hanno fatto il resto, rendendo il soggiorno veramente piacevole. Nota positiva inoltre, il noleggio sci in hotel che, affacciandosi direttamente sulle piste, azzerava di fatto qualsiasi problematica logistica di spostamento. Difficile trovare di meglio! A presto, perché torneremo!

Insuperabile - un’esperienza indimenticabile! Mai siamo stati così bene e così coccolati come Famiglia in vacanza! E di posti tra America, Asia ed Europa ne abbiamo visti tanti! Post Alpina è diventato il nostro posto del cuore e non vediamo l’ora di tornarci! Fantastico per i bambini - l’attenzione dell’animazione, del ristorante, la vicinanza alle piste. I nostri piccoli di 3 e 8 anni non volevano che la vacanza finisse! Un grazie di cuore alle animatrici, preparate ed amorevoli! Una coccola per i genitori - il ristorante non ha nulla da invidiare ai 5 stelle, la zona spa, piccola ma “cozy” e’ una chicca. Post Alpina inoltre offre un connubio tra rispetto della tradizione nell’architettura della sua struttura e modernità nella sua offerta di camere ampie e spaziose e servizi sopraffini. Un’esperienza davvero indimenticabile - ci vediamo sicuramente presto ancora! Grazie di cuore Andreas e Helene per questa oasi!

Siamo stati per la prima volta presso il Post Alpina per una settimana bianca in famiglia. Location fantastica sia per gli adulti, coccolati e serviti in modo eccellente, ma anche per i bambini, coinvolti, serviti e supportati per qualsiasi evenienza. Staff fantastico dalla reception con preziosi consigli, ai camerieri, inservienti ecc. cordiali e dediti a farti sentire a completo agio. Cucina buonissima e variegata. Ultimo ma non meno importante, proprietario della struttura cordialissimo e simpaticissimo. In conclusione vacanza fantastica!!!

Struttura davvero suggestiva e nonostante le dimensioni non piccolissime appare alquanto intima, il villaggio alpino rende la vacanza estremamente piacevole e rilassante. Gli chalet sono meravigliosi, completi di tutto ed estremamente comodi, posizione eccellente per sciare. Un plauso va fatto a tutto il team (gentilissimo) coadiuvato dai proprietari che fanno di tutto per rendere la vacanza indimenticabile! Stiamo già pensando alla prossima settimana bianca! Peccato manchi ancora un anno ☺️

Frequentiamo il Post Alpina sia d'estate che d'inverno, perché questa stupenda struttura e tutte le persone che ci lavorano sono una garanzia per le nostre vacanze. La nostra settimana bianca appena trascorsa è stata davvero unica. Struttura strategica a chi piace lo sci; vicinissima alle piste, consente velocemente di raggiungere gli impianti di risalita. Deposito degli sci adiacente al parcheggio coperto, una vera comodità. Camera con vista eccezionale vicino bordo piscina, personale attento alle esigenze dei clienti, soprattutto per quelle dei più piccoli... Che dire di più? Ci vediamo quest'estate....Grazie ancora!!!
